I had been warned that I might be turned down for surgery due to my age so was delighted when on meeting Mr Young he quickly scoffed that idea. Mr Young was empathetic to my situation and spent time explaining the procedure and putting my mind at ease. The surgery was successful and I was walking without crutches within 3 weeks.. I highly recommend Mr Young.

Amazing treatment from start to finish. Mr Young always professional, kind and answered any questions or concerns I had. He even remembered me mentioning I wanted to be fit enough to do my garden in the spring and referred to this in the follow up consultation after the operation had been completed. I have also been complimented by numerous health professionals on the neatness of my scar!

Mr Young took the time to understand my situation, review all the medical information and discuss next steps with me. His approach was very pragmatic, yet kind. Mr Young always made sure that we were reassured along the way, but always very honest about the possible outcomes. The outcome from my operation has been nothing but positive, Mr Young's professional care and diligence has made sure of that. Mr Young also has a great team supporting him, all my correspondence was dealt with in a timely fashion and with similar kindness and understanding of my questions.

Mr Young is empathetic, caring and upbeat. He explained thoroughly the procedure, whilst pointing out what could potentially go wrong. The surgery appears to have gone excellently and the healing progress has been relatively quick - I have been walking without crutches from 4 weeks after the operation. My leg has never been so straight, and I am walking now than I have for maybe two years. Thank you, Mr Young!

Exceptional care. Could not be faulted. Superb. From initial consultation through meeting on the day of the operation to a final check up after eight weeks and, of course, the resultant new knee. An excellent experience ( if a bit painful at times
